Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of field representatives
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and field observations
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and appointment volume
- Ensure team members follow company policies and standards
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly results
- Foster a positive and professional team culture
- Assist with territory planning and market development
Qualifications
- Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Organized with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
