What You'll Do:

• Recruit, interview, and bring on new canvassers to grow the team
• Lead a team of canvassers in the field day-to-day
• Coach, train, and develop reps to hit — and exceed — their goals
• Monitor daily activity and productivity, keeping the team accountable
• Build and execute strategies to boost performance and results
• Run team meetings, ride-alongs, and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Keep the team aligned with company standards and best practices

What You Bring:

• Prior canvassing management required
• A track record of motivating and developing others
• Sharp communication and people skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve on the fly
• Reliable transportation
