What You'll Do:
- Recruit, interview, and bring on new canvassers to grow the team
- Lead a team of canvassers in the field day-to-day
- Coach, train, and develop reps to hit — and exceed — their goals
- Monitor daily activity and productivity, keeping the team accountable
- Build and execute strategies to boost performance and results
- Run team meetings, ride-alongs, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Keep the team aligned with company standards and best practices
What You Bring:
- Prior canvassing management required
- A track record of motivating and developing others
- Sharp communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve on the fly
- Reliable transportation
