Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a Territory Manager to oversee field marketing operations within designated residential markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a team, developing territory strategies, and ensuring lead generation goals are achieved.

Duties

  • Recruit and onboard new field representatives
  • Manage daily territory coverage plans
  • Analyze market opportunities and neighborhood data
  • Monitor team productivity and performance
  • Conduct coaching sessions and team development activities
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve market penetration

Qualifications

  • Experience managing field teams
  • Background in canvassing, direct marketing, or home improvement sales
  • Strong planning and leadership abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset

Compensation Package

  • $100,000 - $175,000 earning potential
  • Base pay plus commissions and incentives
