We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee a team responsible for community outreach and appointment generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, developing talent, and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of field representatives(Canvassers)
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and field observations
• Monitor team performance and productivity
• Develop strategies to improve lead generation and appointment volume
• Ensure team members follow company policies and standards
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly results
• Foster a positive and professional team culture
• Assist with territory planning and market development

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation required
