Territory Canvassing Manager

We are looking for a motivated Territory Canvassing Manager to build, develop, and lead a high-performing field team. As a Territory Canvassing Manager, you will oversee recruitment, field operations, territory planning, and team performance while helping grow and strengthen our canvassing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers
- Develop and oversee assigned territories and neighborhood coverage plans
- Plan daily field schedules and optimize team routes
- Develop and execute effective canvassing strategies
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
- Monitor KPIs and drive productivity and appointment goals
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize results
- Build a positive, motivated, and results-driven team culture
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager and Canvassing Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Experience in the Home Improvement Industry required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and recruiting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience managing field teams and territory planning
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
