Required Experience

• Experience in door-to-door sales or field canvassing (Home Improvement or related industry preferred).
• Strong coaching and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
• Conduct regular meetings and coaching
• Develop and implement canvassing strategies
• Plan neighborhood mappings and route strategies
