Lead Generation Manager (High Income Potential)
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to lead a team responsible for generating qualified homeowner appointments throughout designated territories.

Responsibilities
- Hire and develop field representatives
- Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
- Establish performance goals and accountability standards
- Coordinate daily territory assignments
- Review conversion metrics and optimize team performance
- Ensure consistent lead generation activity across assigned markets
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in canvassing, field sales, or lead generation
- Home improvement industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and team-building abilities
- Experience managing multiple field representatives
Compensation
- $100,000 - $175,000 annual earning potential
