Lead Generation Manager (High Income Potential)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to lead a team responsible for generating qualified homeowner appointments throughout designated territories.

This role combines leadership, recruiting, coaching, and operational planning. The ideal candidate understands how to build a productive field team and consistently deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and develop field representatives
  • Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
  • Establish performance goals and accountability standards
  • Coordinate daily territory assignments
  • Review conversion metrics and optimize team performance
  • Ensure consistent lead generation activity across assigned markets

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in canvassing, field sales, or lead generation
  • Home improvement industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and team-building abilities
  • Experience managing multiple field representatives

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $175,000 annual earning potential
  • Competitive salary plus commissions and bonuses
