About the Role:
As a Home Improvement Canvassing Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of field operations while helping recruit, train, and develop a strong team culture. You will oversee territory planning, team productivity, and performance initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.

- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard field canvassing team members

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience managing canvassing, outreach, or field teams
- Previous experience in the Home Improvement Industry required
