Home Improvement Canvassing Manager

About the Role:

As a Home Improvement Canvassing Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of field operations while helping recruit, train, and develop a strong team culture. You will oversee territory planning, team productivity, and performance initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard field canvassing team members
  • Train, coach, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals
  • Develop neighborhood coverage strategies and territory plans
  • Manage daily field schedules and route assignments
  • Monitor team activity, KPIs, and productivity metrics
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve field effectiveness
  • Build a positive, accountable, and results-driven team environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience managing canvassing, outreach, or field teams
  • Previous experience in the Home Improvement Industry required
  • Strong recruiting, coaching, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
