Field Marketing Manager

Position: Field Marketing Manager - Canvassing Manager

We're seeking a motivated leader to help build and manage a high-performing field team. If you enjoy developing people, driving results, and creating a positive team culture, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
  • Lead and support a team of canvassers
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Track daily activity, productivity, and team goals
  • Develop strategies to improve performance and maximize results
  • Conduct regular team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Reliable transportation
