Position: Canvassing Manager (Field Marketing)

We are hiring an experienced canvassing/field marketing manager to manage our team of door to door canvassers and drive customer outreach efforts. You will be responsible for team development, territory management, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.
