Field Marketing Manager – Canvassing

Position: Field Marketing Manager – Canvassing

We are hiring an experienced leader to manage our team of door to door canvassers and drive customer outreach efforts. You will be responsible for team development, territory management, and lead generation - no selling required.

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
  • Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.
