Position: Field Marketing Manager/Canvassing Manager

We're seeking an experienced motivated leader to build and manage a high-performing canvassing team. If you enjoy developing people, driving results, and creating a positive team culture, this could be the opportunity you're looking for. You must have experience building and managing a canvassing team for home services.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Lead and support a team of canvassers
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Track daily activity, productivity, and team goals
• Develop strategies to improve performance and maximize results
• Conduct team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory and canvassing management experience is a MUST
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience canvassing for a Home Service type of company
• Reliable transportation

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation package (Earn $100K to $175K)
