Position: Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new canvassing team members
- Lead, manage, and support a team of canvassers in the field
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Track daily activity, productivity, and progress toward team goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and maximize results
- Conduct regular team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures
- Partner with sales leadership to align canvassing efforts with overall business goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, or field sales is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation
