Door to Door Canvassing Manager - Field Marketing

Position: Door to Door Canvassing Manager

Lead the Growth. Drive the Results. Manage a dynamic canvassing operation focused on team development, field performance, and expanding market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
  • Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.
