The Role
As our Canvassing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a field team's success — recruiting top talent, coaching them up, and pushing performance to new heights every single day.

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Lead and energize a team of canvassers in the field
• Coach, train, and deliver feedback that actually moves the needle
• Track goals, activity, and productivity — and know how to hit them
• Run team meetings, field observations, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions
• Build strategies that turn good performance into great results
• Keep the team sharp, aligned, and playing by the playbook

What You Bring to the Table

• Leadership or team management experience (preferred, not required — grit counts too)
