Dispatcher/Scheduler

Position: Dispatcher/Scheduler

We are looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our growing company. This is an in-office role where you’ll be responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating service technicians efficiently.

Qualified candidates MUST have dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and assist with service requests
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for installations, service, and maintenance
  • Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules as needed
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers

Requirements

  • Previous dispatching experience REQUIRED (home improvement industry preferred)
  • Strong phone and customer service skills
