Canvass Manager $100K to $175K

Position: Canvass Manager

Lead a Winning Canvassing Team! Drive growth, develop top-performing field reps, and build a powerful lead generation operation in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
  • Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.
