Position: Canvasser (Manager Trainee)

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll learn every aspect of our field operations while developing the skills to recruit, train, and lead a successful team.

No management experience is required. If you're hardworking, coachable, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the training and support you need to grow into a leadership role.

What We Offer

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce our water quality services
• Schedule FREE in-home water testing appointments for our sales team (no selling required)
• Learn effective leadership, recruiting, and team management skills
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and developing future canvassing team members
• Work alongside experienced managers while preparing for advancement
